Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. We offer store credit for the entire purchase price of your item. All items must have their original packaging. If there is any damage or alterations to the item sold it will not be accepted for store credit. If you are interested in-store credit you must notify Stucchi Jewelers no later than 5 days after you have received your purchased item in the mail.
All jewelry that has been altered, customized, or sized prior to purchase is final sale.
